School Mission Statement

The mission of Culinary School of the Rockies is to inspire learning, connections and transformation. We educate students who are committed to a career in the culinary arts, and we provide lifelong mentorship and career support. Our Farm-to-Table externship helps students understand what real food is, and where it comes from. Our menu based, experiential curriculum produces adaptable students with a strong skill base and well developed palate. Our graduates cultivate a dynamic presence and work with proficiency and confidence in the professional kitchen.
