Our mission is to provide post-secondary education that responds to a wide range of students' needs including vocational preparation for career changers, fiirst career seekers, and industry professionals; language learning and testing: as well as college credit articulation. A B.I.R. education equips students with the skills needed to surmount the current and future challenges of a computer-driven and computer-enhanced workplace.
