Adequate application of educational methods to any instance of instruction reflects in positive results that is the goal of all teachers. To reach its objective is necessary that the object of our efforts be committed to his/her education. Every human being is able to commit to his maximum endurance where he has defined his goals by stimulus and motivation. Technical training have channeled many students towards their aspirations, either by stimulating inborn abilities or by infusing those acquired by training. Technical schools have made a contribution to education by luring many students that had abandoned studies back to training and therefore learning a trade or profession contributing a powerful weapon to successfully strive for an improved standard of living and a contribution to the socio economic level in which they participate. We live in a technical society where ideas merge our acquired knowledge and skills to obtain the success that we always desire. But it's necessary that this knowledge be thoroughly related to the specific area, where competence is needed to be consider true technicians of their chosen field. We must provide a greater degree of orientation to our youth that in many instances manifest themselves without goals or uncaring, with no interest in intellectual wealth that is the greatest treasure of a human being. This enables him to be successful anywhere in the world without considering race, ideology, political or religous beliefs, etc., where they can live, contributing to peace and progress.
