With more than fifty years of experience in career training, Vet Tech Institute of Houston remains dedicated to providing quality service to students, graduates, and the health care professions. The mission of Vet Tech Institute of Houston is to provide foundational and competency skill-based education in animal health care. The Veterinary Technician training prepares our graduates to obtain entry-level positions in an animal-care facility and to become an integral part of the veterinary team. The general education core serves as a foundation for lifelong learning. We take a personal interest in the development of our students while in school and throughout their working careers. We believe close contact with our students is important in teaching the attitudes and behavior styles which will make them successful. Vet Tech Institute of Houston is proud of its graduates and the contributions they make to their communities and the animal health care institutions where they work.
