Our primary objective at Lamson Institute is to train and educate students who desire to improve their career and quality of life in an environment of respect and professionalism. To this end, our total resources are directed at assisting students in developing high-level professional and technical skills; offering a broad range of practical training to facilitate employment in entry-level positions; providing curricula of verying degrees of complexity and intensity which coordinate a student's prior education and skills with current industry needs; assisting students in their motivation towards on-going personal development which will increase potential and mobility in employment.
