Award Amounts
In FY 2023, regular annual allotments to States, including DC and Puerto Rico, ranged from $25.9 million to $1.6 billion, with an average award of $297.6 million. Grants to outlying areas ranged from $6.3 million to $20.3 million. The Department of Interior received $100.0 million.
